PAYMENT OPTIONS

COOPER BLACK accepts payment by Credit Card, PayPal and EFT.
Strictly Wholesale & Trade Customers Only.
New Customers – 50% Deposit is required before an order can be processed.
The balance of the invoice, including shipping costs mut be paid in full before
goods are shipped.
A minimum spend of $500.00 AU ex GST is required for your first order.
Shipping costs are not included in the order totals.

REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY

COOPER BLACK will replace any artwork if it arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chose on the website.
Any damages and claims but be made within 7 days of receiving goods.
Photographs of any damages must be supplied as proof, which can be emailed to
[email protected].
Please retain all original packaging as we will need to arrange collection of the damaged or faulty item/s

PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING

All COOPER BLACK products are made to order in Melbourne, Australia.
2-4 weeks production time is required.
Standard shipping is calculated on the total size of the combined print/s and destination.
Deliveries to rural and regional areas may attract higher shipping costs.
We are happy to provide a quote prior to ordering.
